Artist Statement: My piano design invites you to share in a whirlwind celebration of color and fun! I wanted to create something that would make people smile and feel like they are being celebrated too. The stars dance to your symphony and the universe celebrates the art, actions of love, and music you put into the world.
Hello, I'm Baz! (they/them) I'm a Queens-based nonbinary artist originally from Arizona. I have a love of all things whimsical and colorful and I enjoy finding magic in every-day life. I'm passionate about queer storytelling, folktales, creatures, and creating art throughout a myriad of mediums. When I'm not working in a museum, I'm sketching in one- or crafting away under piles of scraps at my desk.
